Say the address out loud, or type it — Tony takes it from there.

The address is required — we can’t start your permit without it.

Violation number — printed on the notice

No photo? No problem — type the number and we’ll pull the city’s own record.

Property on the notice

What the notice is about

No judgment here — this happens all the time, and there’s a real way to make it legal. That’s literally our job. A few quick things so we take the right path:

What did you build?

When was the work finished?

Has the city sent you a notice or violation about it?

One honest heads-up: insurance can refuse a claim tied to unpermitted work. Legalizing closes that door for good.

Are you applying as owner or contractor?

Got it. Next: are you applying as owner or contractor?

Pace & contact

Got it. Last step: pick the pace, and tell us where to send the answer.

What pace works for you?

I need it expeditedTime matters — move as fast as the jurisdiction allows. Normal pace is fineReady to start, no rush beyond doing it right. Just gathering informationNot ready to file yet — you want to know what it takes first.

Your name

No account, no obligation. What you tell us here becomes your intake record — it goes to a project manager, never sold, never shared. Prefer a structured form instead? Give us the quick details.

We hear you — this one’s urgent. Fastest path is on.
