Precedent comps
Correction counts are lower-bound estimates mined from file revision markers — treat a 0 as "no evidence of corrections," not "zero corrections." Timelines count submit→issue only where dated submittal records exist.

Comps describe what was approved on past filings — they are precedent, not a promise of what a reviewer will do on your set. Requirements and fees change; confirm current schedules with the jurisdiction. Not legal advice.
Why this exists
Design firms guess what reviewers will accept. We don't guess — we've filed it. Fifteen years of issued permits, stamped plan sets, and jobcards sit in our archive, and Permit Comps turns them into your precedent library: the scope that cleared, the corrections it took, the calendar it ran.
Every comp is mined from our approved-permit archive and anonymized before publication: city, trade, permit type, year, scope summary, correction rounds, and timeline. Client names, addresses, license numbers, and parcel data never leave the building. Coverage grows as we mine more of the archive.
