Permit already approved? We book the inspection online as your agent — $120 flat per inspection, any city with online scheduling. Scheduled on its own, not combined with a trade filing. On the authorization step, put your permit number and city in the Permit(s) field.

One honest limit: a few city portals only let the permit holder of record book inspections. If yours is one of them, we don’t stop there — we pre-stage everything for you (permit number, the exact call script, and the exact clicks in the portal) and walk you through it until the inspection is booked.

Trade-first pricing: choose 1 no-plans trade for $125. Add a second and confirm the $250 Simple Bundle with one tap; it covers up to 4 trades at the same site. A trade is a type of work (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire, sign): one permit can cover several trades, and we count trades, not paperwork, so you never pay twice for one permit covering multiple trades. Plan-review work — including structural, fire-rated construction, and change of use — follows the $250-per-permit Complex path.

Before you pay: PermitsPros confirms your QuickBooks payment before anything is filed. Simple bundles cover 2–4 no-plans trades for one project, one address, and one intake. City permit fees are separate and paid by you directly to the City. The PermitsPros service fee is earned when we submit the application and is non-refundable after submission. Complex service includes filing plus one correction round; each additional resubmittal round is $125, quoted in writing before we resubmit — never a surprise charge.
