Branch permits, run on the bank's calendar.

A branch remodel is a security project wearing a construction costume: vault and ATM work, access control, fire alarm, after-hours inspections — each with its own permit and its own agency. We scope the branch's full set, file it together, and track it on one board your facilities team can actually read.

The branch permit set

What a branch project usually pulls

Building TI for the remodel + access control / mag-lock for secured areas + fire alarm and sprinkler changes + ATM additions (electrical, sometimes structural and signage) + signage permits + off-hours inspection scheduling where work happens while the branch stays open. We map which of these your jurisdiction requires before the first submittal — including the fire agency's separate track where one exists.

  • Access control & mag-lock permits — $495/site — the secured-entry filings that run through fire review, plans and cutsheets checked before filing
  • Fire alarm & sprinkler permits — $250 filed same-day, $495 complete package — filed through the fire agency's own process, tracked like the building permit, not as an afterthought
  • Branch TI packages — $125 per permit in the bundle — building, demo, signage, and satellites scoped and priced as one order
  • Renewals & annual fire permits — the recurring filings across a branch network, watched so none lapse quietly

How it works

  1. Send the branch address + scope. Remodel, ATM swap, new branch — a paragraph and the plan set is the whole intake.
  2. We scope the full set. Building, fire, security, signage — every agency, in filing order, priced as one written number.
  3. Filed same-day, tracked together. Complete packages file the day they're approved; every permit's status lives on one board, with inspection scheduling coordinated around branch hours.
  4. Programs for networks. Ten or more branches run as one program — prototype documents stored once, 10% off, one status view across the fleet.

Questions

Can you work around an operating branch?

The permits don't care about your hours, but the inspections do — we schedule inspection requests around branch operations, including off-hours and overtime inspection lanes where the jurisdiction offers them, and we file the paperwork that books them.Off-hours inspection fees are the agency's, at cost, on the same receipt discipline as every city fee.

Our security vendor handles access control — where do you fit?

They design and install; we permit. Mag-lock and access-control work needs fire review and a permit in most jurisdictions — that's the filing we run, with their plans and cutsheets in the package. Same split as your alarm contractor: they bring the system, we bring the approval. We never stamp drawings and never claim your vendor's credentials.

What does it cost?

Published flat prices where they apply — $495 mag-lock permits, fire permits $250 filed / $495 complete, $125 per permit in a TI bundle — and branch programs quoted in writing before work begins. City fees are always separate, at cost, with receipts your AP team can audit.Filing is not approval or issuance — no one can promise those.
